Can Photography show Time and Movement? These are attributes of cinematography. For Photography this has always been a challenge. Here's a small experiment - shooting in sequence while the camera is moving.
This summer, during a trip in a beautiful part of Albania, Karaburun Peninsula, while the boat was leaving the Pirate's Cave, I kept photographing the water in sequence for several minutes.
The camera is set to automatic mode, so everything is left to the chance....While the boat keeps moving at a constant speed, the camera fixes the fluid of water, as the images of underwater leave room for the reflections of sky and clouds. Everything happens in few minutes... As the two worlds, above and under water submerge in the flow, the landscape changes continuously, and the camera fixes abstract images of color and movement...
During the editing process, I have not manipulated the colors, neither cropped the photos, in order to be authentic to the image left in the sensor of my camera.
